Sabs Katz (she/her) is a Brooklyn-based advocate of conscious, intentional, and holistic living. Sabs is a cofounder of the climate justice organization Intersectional Environmentalist where she currently serves as the Partnerships Lead. She is also the content creator behind Sustainable Sabs, a platform that aims to inspire and empower others through the mediums of low waste living, slow fashion, veganism, and wellness.
